CCaaS and UCaaS solutions vendor Evolve IP has partnered with Anywhere365 to develop a Microsoft Teams-focused contact centre solution.<\/p>\n

The deal will see the deployment of Evolve IP\u2019s Anywhere Receptionist, a telephone operator console that integrates with Microsoft Teams, within the Anywhere 365 CCaaS solution.<\/p>\n

The cloud-based solution allows attendants, receptionists, and contact centre teams to deliver experiences from anywhere. Being a Microsoft Teams-focused product, Anywhere Receptionist aims to improve the overall operator and caller experience, providing key insights in a single unified interface.<\/p>\n

Autumn Salama, Chief Integration Officer of Evolve IP,<\/strong> said: \u201cAnywhere Receptionist is deeply integrated into collaboration and communication platforms like Microsoft Teams, thereby extending its benefits beyond the contact centerre into every part of an organization. This empowers businesses to take communication to a new level and support their remote workforce.”<\/p>\n

Anywhere Receptionist provides an array of features, including presence information of all users, queue management, and drag and drop call transfers.<\/p>\n

Further, users can customise widgets to their liking or leverage automatic voicemail and email capabilities, all in a secure, browser-based application.<\/p>\n
