{"id":65928,"date":"2024-12-10T18:26:28","date_gmt":"2024-12-10T18:26:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cxtoday.com\/?p=65928"},"modified":"2024-12-10T19:15:39","modified_gmt":"2024-12-10T19:15:39","slug":"loop-acquires-wonderment-brings-two-close-shopify-partners-together","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cxtoday.com\/crm\/loop-acquires-wonderment-brings-two-close-shopify-partners-together\/","title":{"rendered":"Loop Acquires Wonderment, Brings Two Close Shopify Partners Together"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Loop has confirmed the acquisition of Wonderment, an order-tracking solution.<\/p>\n<p>Both companies offer solutions that bolster Shopify&#8217;s widely implemented commerce platform.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, Loop provides a return management platform for brands leveraging Shopify, aiding them in delivering their ideal purchase experience.<\/p>\n<p>That platform comprises various solutions, including custom returns workflow orchestration, exchange automation, fraud detection, and insight generation tools.<\/p>\n<p>With the acquisition, Loop expands its offering with order-tracking capabilities such as automated shipment tracking, delay alerts, and customer notifications.<\/p>\n<p>In doing so, Loop believes that its enhanced solution will provide Shopify customers with more unified commerce operations insights, minimized friction, and superior growth.<\/p>\n<p>The new integrations will also help Loop expand its reach to more merchant verticals, including consumer packaged goods (CPG), by offering a standalone tracking solution.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the vendor claims that the addition of Wonderment\u2019s capabilities will allow it to &#8220;supercharge customer retention and loyalty.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In outlining how the acquisition will enable such benefits, <strong>Hannah Bravo<\/strong>, <strong>CEO of Loop<\/strong>, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>By joining forces with Wonderment, we\u2019re taking a significant step forward in our mission to help merchants simplify commerce operations and build enduring relationships with their customers.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Our newly combined platform will unlock our merchants\u2019 ability to turn returns and order tracking from a source of frustration into an opportunity to delight customers, drive retention, and fuel growth,&#8221; the CEO concluded.<\/p>\n<h2>Why Wonderment?<\/h2>\n<p>Describing itself as a &#8220;proactive customer experience platform&#8221;, Wonderment claims to be able to identify potential shipping delays before customers even become aware of them.<\/p>\n<p>In doing so, it has helped users lower support tickets by up to 70 percent.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s one example of how the vendor\u2019s solution offers AI-powered insights that strive to turn shipping and returns data into actionable intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, Wonderment\u2019s tracking product provides real-time shipment updates, proactive alerts, predictive analytics, and numerous integrations.<\/p>\n<p>These capabilities will now be available via Loop within a single UI.<\/p>\n<p>For <strong>Jessica Meher<\/strong>, <strong>CEO of Wonderment<\/strong>, the merger marks &#8220;an exciting new chapter&#8221;.
